Update - We have identified the root cause of why some customers are currently experiencing issues starting transcoders in Belgium and South Carolina. We are currently working on a fix to address this issue.

All transcoders initiated prior to this alert are not impacted. As a workaround please utilize an alternate region closest to your broadcasting location. We apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing; we will provide updates here as they become available.
