Monitoring - We have deployed a fix to address the issue with transcoders not starting correctly in the referenced region. We are currently monitoring to ensure the deployment is successful.

Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing; we will provide an all clear once we deem the issue is completely resolved.
